This thesis is written by Resi Siswardani, under supervision of Dr. Atie Rachmiatie as the first Supervisor and Ratna Imanira, S.Si as the second Supervisor. The title of the research is Politik Pemberitaan Hadline News “Demo DPRD Menolak Revisi PP 37/2006”. The aim of the research is to find out how political reviews on both of News paper, when reporting “Demo DPRD Menolak Revisi PP 37/2006.
This research aimed to answerthe following question ; Tematik, Semantik, Skematik, Sintaksis, Stiliktik, and Retoris.
The research uses Qualitative approach with Analisis Wacana, and Teun van Dijk Models. Because, the models concentration for critical linguistic: Tematik, Semantik, Skematik, Sintaksis, Stiliktik, and Retoris.
The result of the research show that Political reviews on both of news paper can shows in refers of word, language, and a sentence.
The conclution of this reseach is we can see the netralized position, the media attitude by words choice, language choice and sentence choice, when reporting the news. News sentence productivity is depends to journalist that reporting the news and perspective and mission of the media.
