Penelitian yang dilandasi dengan latar belakang pendekatang yang guru gunakan kurang menjadikan siswa untuk semangat dan merubah hasil belajar menjadi lebih baik. Sikap sosial yang dilakukan kurang menyatu dengan para siswa, dan guru kurang mengasah emosi yang dimiliki untuk mendekati para siswa.
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimanakah profil penciptaan iklim sosio-emosional oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sempu tahun pelajaran 2015/2016? (2) bagaimanakah profil penciptaan iklim sosio-emosional oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kemampuan sedang di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sempu tahun pelajaran 2015/2016? (3) bagaimanakah profil penciptaan iklim sosio-emosional oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sempu tahun pelajaran 2015/2016? Dan bertujuan (1) untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimanakah profil penciptaan iklim sosio-emosional oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sempu tahun pelajaran 2015/2016? (2) untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah profil penciptaan iklim sosio-emosional oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kemampuan sedang di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sempu tahun pelajaran 2015/2016? (3) untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah profil penciptaan iklim sosio-emosional oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sempu tahun pelajaran 2015/2016?
Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Wawancara yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dengan FGD (Focus Group Discussion).
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Sempu pada bulan April 2016. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 siswa yang meliputi siswa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Dipilih dengan cara menggunakan tes soal yang diberikan oleh guru, dan peneliti menentukan siswa yang miliki nilai tertinggi , sedang, dan rendah.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada tahap wawancara diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sisa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi tidak terpengaruh dengan adanya pendekatan yang guru lakukan, sebaliknya dengan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan seang dan rendah, siswa terpengaruh dengan pendekatan yang guru lakukan.

The study, based on the background of the approach that teachers make less use of students to the spirit and change for the better learning outcomes. Social attitudes that do less united with the students, and teachers lack the emotional hone held to approach the students.
The problem in this research are (1) how the profile creation socio-emotional climate by teachers to the learning outcomes of students who have high ability in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sempu the academic year 2015/2016? This type of research is qualitative research. By using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted using triangulation techniques with FGD (Focus Group Discussion).
This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Sempu in April 2016. The subjects of this study consisted of 6 students which includes students who have the capability of high, medium, and low. Selected by using test questions given by the teacher, and the researchers determined the students who have the highest value, medium, and low.
Based on the analysis at the interview stage it is concluded that the rest of high caliber are not affected by the approach that teachers do, in contrast with students who have the ability and low Seang, students affected by the approach that teachers do.
