PT Volkopi Indonesia is a foreign company which is run its business in the industry of coffee produce. For the establishment, the legal process is one of the obligation that the company must accomplished. The license process including the Article of Association end The Last Change, Final Operating License, and Expatriate's Approval. The regulation process is directed by Limited Company Laws, Foreign Investment Laws, and also Ministry of Manpower Laws. Meanwhile the document is proceeding, the public relations government officers must construct good relationships with the government continually. The purpose of make good relationships are to maintain the business deal, make the procedure easier, and easy to solve a problem someday there would probably have some misunderstood...
