ABSTRACT The final assignment is about procedure of inbound tours conducting at PT. Bhara Mekar Wisata, which is located in Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai, 14th building of Tuban plaza, Bali. The objective of this final assignments are to know how the procedure works in holding an inbound tours, document that use in holding an inbound tours, and the obstacles that exist in holding an inbound tours at PT Bhara Mekar Wisata Bali.Based on the result of the on-the-job training, known that the PT. Bhara Mekar Wisata inbound tours divided into two major categories, they are round trip tour and optional tour. The procedure of both tours have differences only in the reservation. The documents that use in the procedures are commonly known in tourism industry, such as invoice, tour itinerary, and vouchers. But in the process of the procedure there are several obstacles that haven't been solved, the obstacles are, lack of staff computers were not up-to-date, lack of discipline of guides, and lack of treatment of the companies vehicle. These obstacles are still occurred because of lackness of PT. Bhara Mekar Wisata Bali.
