In the activity, the writer was posted as a Provisional English teacher who would give a material. The methods which were taught are Masterity-unit technique method and audiovisual method. The writer taught the role of pronouncing the word, reading, listening, translating the word, and giving the exercise to them. In the training, the writer got an obstacle such as the students did not give attention when the writer explained. However, the obstacle could be overcome by giving a briefing to them before. Based on the finding of the job-training, it can be concluded that the process of learning and teaching in SD Negeri I Belinyu Bangka was satisfied although there were many obstacles which were found but that all could be overcome.
