Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Proses Humas PT Indonesia Comnets Plus melalui kegiatan Campus Goes To ICON+ dalam membangun citra perusahaan di kalangan Mahasiswa Informatika STT PLN Jakarta, dengan menggunakan indikator penelitian Pengumpulan Fakta, Penetapan Masalah, Perencanaan Kegiatan, Aksi dan Komunikasi, serta Evaluasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode dekriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan triangulasi data sebagai teknik uji keabsahan data. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Humas PT Indonesia Comnets Plus dan peserta kegiatan Campus Goes To ICON+.Hasil penelitian Humas PT Indonesia Comnets Plus mengadakan kegiatan Campus Goes To ICON+ menggunakan lima tahap proses Humas. Tahap pengumpulan fakta dengan visi misi dan mini-research. Tahap penetapan masalah dengan acuan SK Komunitas Utama Perusahaan. Tahap perencanaan kegiatan dengan followup kehadiran peserta kegiatan, penataan ruangan, training skill komunikator oleh ICONERS. Tahap aksi dan komunikasi melalui penyelenggaraan kegiatan Campus Goes To ICON+. Dan tahap evaluasi dengan membuka program magang di PT Indonesia Comnets Plus. Disimpulkan bahwa proses Humas PT Indonesia Comnets Plus melalui kegiatan Campus Goes To ICON+ dapat membangun citra perusahaan di kalangan Mahasiswa Informatika STT PLN Jakarta menggunakan lima tahap proses Humas. Saran untuk Humas PT Indonesia Comnets Plus, kegiatan Campus Goes To ICON+ yang edukatif ini diharapkan dapat dibarengi dengan program aplikatif seperti kegiatan magang di perusahaan PT Indonesia Comnets Plus.

The goal of this researchÂ’s to know Public Relations Process Of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus through Campus Goes To ICON+ in building the company image amongst Informatic Students of STT PLN Jakarta, using indicator research such as Fact Finding, Problem Defining, Planning, Action and Communication, and Evaluating. This research used qualitative approach and descriptive method. The researcher collected the data by interviewing, observating, and literature review. The researcher used purposive sampling technic and used data triangulation as a test for data validity. The subjects of this research are Public Relation of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus and participants of Campus Goes To ICON+. The results showed that Public Relations of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus organize an activity entitled Campus Goes To ICON+ used five step pf Public Relations process. Fact finding step with mini-research and the companyÂ’s vision and mission. Defining the problems by CompanyÂ’s Primary Community SK. ProgramÂ’s planning by followup participants, room decor, and training skill communicator by ICONERS. Taking action and communication by Campus Goes To ICON+ event. And evaluating by open recruitment for pprenticeship experience in PT Indonesia Comnets Plus. The summaryÂ’s that Public Relations process of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus by Campus Goes To ICON+ could built the company image among Informatic Students of STT PLN Jakarta by used five steps of Public Relations process. The advice for Public Relations of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus, Campus Goes To ICON+ which an educative activity hopefully could be accompanied with other applicative program such as apprenticeship in PT Indonesia Comnets Plus.
