The report describes job-training activities at Bina Harapan Elementary School Cimindi Cimahi. The report entitled “English Teaching Process in Bina Harapan Elementary School Cimindi Cimahi” describes the English language teaching process that was done by the writer. During Job-Training, the writer was posted as a temporary English teacher, because Bina Harapan Elementary School did not have permanent English teacher before. The duty of writer was to conduct English Teaching Learning Process. There were two main problems revealing in the site: (1) Students’ ability in pronunciation, (2) students’ understanding of material. Material simplification and games contributed to students in teaching process. Besides as a teacher, the writer should played three roles or character in all stages of teaching process; as a instructor, a teacher and a best friend which must be integrated in one personality to reach the purpose of teaching.
