Health is an important factor in human’s being life. The treatment of health needs handling very quickly, for solving that problem, them the writer makes prototype of leukemia diagnose expert system. This prototype of expert system is a system that adopt the someone’s skill in to computer program or knowledge entered to the knowledge doman certain so that everyone can exploit it to many problems, such as set of problems in healty because of the time limits of people in consulting with a doctor and expensive examination, so found the application of expert system prototype to detect early of possibility suffered, especially the leukemia. This system prototype of leukemia diagnose expert helps everybody to be thrifty of time and cost. In develope this system prototype of leukemia diagnose expert, the writer use research methode with interview, document study and primer data. Meanwhile in developing this system, the writer use prototype methode and forward chaining, tracing methode to know the level of user satifaction, the writer gives some quetioner to the respondents as sample to make analysys and know how is program user satisfaction from this application.
