Pada bidang industri minuman di pabrik-pabrik besar, menggunakan mesin-mesin yang besar untuk pengerjaan produksi produk nya. Namun alat-alat tersebut sangat mahal dan kompleks. Untuk itu dibutuhkan alat yang lebih sederhana untuk melakukan produksi tersebut yang ditujukan untuk bidang usaha kecil dan menengah. Maka dari itu dirancanglah sebuah alat yang dapat menutup botol secara otomatis namun murah dan sederhana. Alat Penutup Botol Otomatis Berbasis Microcontroller ATmega 16 adalah sebuah alat yang dirancang untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan menutup botol secara otomatis, dari mulai pemberian penutup, hingga memutar derat penutup. Pembahasan pada laporan ini akan dikhususkan pada bagian perancangan pemutar penutup dan sistem pemilihan banyaknya operasi yang diinginkan melalui keypad. Keypad disini digunakan sebagai pilihan kode jumlah operasi botol yang akan diproduksi. Setelah menekan keypad, maka operator harus menekan tombol start untuk memulai menjalankan sistem. Saat tombol start ditekan maka microcontroller akan mengirimkan sinyal untuk menjalankan conveyor hingga botol mengenai limtswitch, lalu pemberi dan pemutar penutup akan aktif secara bersamaan. Sistem akan berulang hingga pilihan botol selesai dioperasikan seluruhnya sesuai intruksi dari keypad. Untuk memutarkan penutup botol dan menaik-turunkan lead screw pemutar, digunakan motor gearbox. Untuk mengendalikan motor pemutar dan penaik-turun pemutar, digunakan driver motor dengan relay yang akan menghubungkan motor dengan microcontroller ATmega 16. Untuk indikator alat, digunakan LCD agar operator dapat mengetahui operasi alat dengan tepat. In the beverage industry at large factories, uses the great machines for it production work. But these tools are very expensive and complex. That requires a much simpler tool to perform such production that aimed for a small or medium businesses. Therefore designed a tool that can automatically closing the bottle, but cheap and simple. Automatic Bottle Capper ATmega16 Microcontroller-Based is a device designed to close the bottle automatically, from the provision of cover, to play the moderate cover. The discussion in this report will be devoted to designing tighteners bottle screw caps and select operations system via keypad. Keypad is used here as an option code for the operation of bottles to be produced. After pressing the keypad, then the operator must press the start button to begin running the system. When the start button is pressed then the microcontroller would send a signal to run the conveyor to the bottle of limtswitch, then cover the giver and the player will be active simultaneously. The system will repeat until finished bottle selection is operated entirely according to instructions from the keypad. In order to cover rotating the bottle and raising lead screw down the player, use the motor DC with gearbox. For motor tighteners and motor up-down player, used motor driver with a relay that will connect the motor with a microcontroller ATmega 16. For the indicator device, the operator can use the LCD to find the right tool with the operation.
