Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dapat menghasilkan beberapa produk yang kompetitif dan berkualitas layaknya industri besar pada umumnya. Seperti dalam bidang produksi minuman atau obat-obatan tertentu. Proses produksi ini membutuhkan sistem yang dapat membantu kinerja dari pekerja seperti yang telah kita ketahui bersama mengenai manfaat teknologi, yaitu mempermudah proses dan meminimalisir pekerja. Dalam hal ini, produksi pembuatan minuman khususnya penutupan botol secara otomatis, diharapkan dapat menekan biaya produksi sehingga sistem produksi yang dimaksud akan tetap tercapai. Maka dari itu dirancanglah sebuah alat yang dapat menutup botol secara otomatis namun murah dan sederhana yaitu Alat Penutup Botol Otomatis Berbasis Microcontroller ATmega 16. Alat ini merupakan sebuah alat yang dirancang secara minimalis untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan menutup botol secara otomatis, dari mulai pemberian tutup botol hingga memutar derat penutup sehingga dapat dikatakan sebagai simulasi dari bagian mesin pembuatan air mineral atau sebagainya. Pada Pembahasan ini akan dikhususkan pada bagian perancangan konveyor dan sistem pemberian tutup botol. Pada prinsipnya, kerja dari alat ini dimulai dari sebuah input keypad. Input ini digunakan sebagai pemilih kode jumlah operasi botol yang akan diproduksi. Setelah menekan keypad, maka operator harus menekan tombol start untuk memulai menjalankan sistem. Saat tombol start ditekan maka microcontroller akan mengirimkan sinyal untuk menjalankan conveyor hingga botol mengenai limtswitch sebagai sensor mekanik, kemudian pemberi tutup botol dengan servonya akan mendorong tutup botol didalamnya menuju mulut botol pada conveyor yang kemudian akan mengaktifkan bagian pemutar. Sistem akan berulang hingga pilihan botol selesai dioperasikan seluruhnya sesuai instruksi dari keypad. This tool is a tool designed in a minimalist to close the bottle can do the job automatically, from the provision of bottle caps to play the moderate cover so it can be said to be a simulation of the mineral water manufacturing machine or the like. In the discussion will be devoted to the design of conveyor systems and the provision of bottle caps. In principle, the working of the tool is started from a keypad input. This input is used as a selector code for the operation of bottles to be produced. After pressing the keypad, then the operator must press the start button to begin running the system. When the start button is pressed then the microcontroller would send a signal to run the conveyor to the bottle of limtswitch as a mechanical sensor, then the servo of bottle cap giver pushed toward the mouth of the bottle cap inside the bottle on the conveyor, which then activate the player. The system will repeat until the bottle selection is operated entirely completed according to instructions from the keypad.
