otor listrik adalah sebuah alat yang dapat merubah energi listrik menjadi energi mekanik. Banyaknya penggunaan motor listrik sebagai penggerak suatu sistem mekanis membutuhkan pengujian terhadap performa motornya terutama pada torsi yang dihasilkan. Pengujian motor pada tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya torsi yang dikeluarkan oleh motor listrik agar mampu menggerakan suatu sistem mekanik. Electric motor dummy load ini dapat membebani motor sesuai dengan karakteristik conveyor belt. Pengujian electric motor dummy load menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang sudah dilakukan menggunakan motor yang memiliki daya keluaran 200 watt. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa maksimum pembebanan pada motor listrik dilakukan sampai putaran motor mencapai 637 rpm dan memiliki torsi sebesar 2,62 Nm.

The large number of uses of an electric motor as a driving force for a mechanical system requires testing of the motor\'s performance, especially the resulting torque. Motor testing in this final project aims to determine the amount of torque released by an electric motor in order to be able to drive a mechanical system. This dummy load electric motor can load the motor according to the characteristics of the conveyor belt.
