ABSTRACT Yarn dye machine represent a machine used to dye and color yam. Dye yam which is yielded to be used for the supply of requirement of machine of embroidery. Heat which is used to increase temperature of color fluid come from a heater and circulated by a centrifugal pomp. Stability of temperature is arranged by thermostat which operating ON or OFF automatically, while temperature range arranged by using temperature panel of thermostat. Efficacy of dipping is depend on election of yarn type to be died, hygiene of yarn to be died, usage of correct color fluid, correct dipping procedure, and also stability of color fluid temperature. From result of examination, this dye machine has satisfying performance. Dye yarn which is yielded have color which flatten is matching with the one which wanted. Beside that this dye machine has production capacities which enough for fulfilling requirement of machine of bordir run by middle small industry.
