Tugas Akhir ini mempresentasikan sebuah perancangan sistem pemilihan umum yang diimplementasikan pada pemilihan umum Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa UNIKOM menggunakan teknologi RFID. Alat ini dirancang sebagai pengganti proses pemilihan umum konvensional yang masih menggunakan kertas sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kertas,mengurangi kecurangan yang sering terjadi pada proses pemilihan umum, mempercepat proses hasil perhitungan suara. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan RFID tag berfrekuensi 125 KHz sebagai kartu identitas pemilik dan telah didaftarkan pada sistem database sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang diidentifikasi oleh RFID reader RDM630 sebagai pembaca RFID tag. Saat kartu RFID tag teridentifikasi oleh Reader maka data ID yang masuk akan dibandingkan dengan data ID yang tersimpan pada database server, jika sebanding maka selanjutnya akan memunculkan menu kandidat bakal calon yang akan dipilih pada tampilan layar Android sehingga dapat memilih calon tersebut dengan cara menyentuh salah satu kandidat.

This paper presnts d design of system elections that implemented to the elections of Student Executive board of UNIKOM using RFID technology. This equipment is designed as substitute of process conventional election that still using paper so that can reduce utilization of paper and for decrease prossibility for beuing unfai that usally in the process of election, accelerate the proses of vote counting result. This system is designed using RFID tag whicth the frequency is 125 KHz as the owner of identity card and has been listed as the system of database so than can be used for equipment that has been identified by the RFID reader RDM630 as the RFID tag reader. When the card RFID tags is identified by the RFID Reader, the data ID that is entered will be compared with data ID saved on the database server, if comparable then the next will bring up a menu candidates will be selected on the display screen of Android so that it can choose the candidate by touching one candidate.
