Motor listrik adalah suatu alat yang berfungsi untuk merubah tenaga listrik menjadi tenaga mekanik. Motor induksi tiga fasa merupakan motor yang paling luas digunakan dari industri berskala kecil sampai industri berskala besar. Motor induksi Dahlander merupakan motor yang dapat digunakan untuk pengasutan dua kecepatan sebagai penggerak pada crane, pompa pendingin pada proses produksi dalam suatu industri. Hal ini disebabkan karena motor Dahlander dirancang khusus memiliki dua kelompok belitan yang berbeda dengan tujuan agar motor dapat diatur kecepatan putarannya. Untuk meningkatkan kehandalan sitem pengasutan, pemilihan komponen listrik disesuaikan dengan standar PUIL 2011 dan IEC 60204-1 dan IEC 6094-7. Dan untuk pengembangan sistem kontrolnya menggunakan PLC CP1E sehingga sistem akan bekerja secara semi-otomatis. Kata Kunci: Pengasutan Dua Kecepatan, Motor Dahlander, PLC CPIE.

Three phase induction motor is a motor that is the most widely used of small scale industries to large scale industries. Dahlander induction motor is a motor that can be used for starting a two-speed as a driver on the crane, the coolant pump in an industrial production process. This is because the Dahlander motors are designed specifically to have two different winding groups with the aim that the motor rotation speed can be adjusted. To improve the reliability of the starting system, the selection of electrical components adapted to PUIL 2011 and IEC 60204-1 and IEC 6094-7.
