Mesin uji Fatique adalah perangkat alat bantu untuk mengetahui kekuatan material disamping itu juga bisa mempediksi umur dari material itu sendiri baik didunia industri maupun sarana pembelajaran praktikum di Laboratorium Material Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Penulis mengambil tugas akhir dengan judul "Rekondisi dan Modifikasi Mesin Uji Fatique di Laboratorium Material Politeknik Negeri Bandung" Langkah yang dilakukan meliputi perbaikan dan proses modifikasi proses modifikasi tersebut meliputi perubahan diameter lubang material dan pergantian sensor pembacaan dengan tachometer.melakukan kinerja uji fatique dilakukan perbaikan terlebih dahulu dikarenakan mesin tersebut dalam pembacaan putaran tidak stabil sehingga menyulitkan untuk pengambilan data. Perbaikan dilakukan guna pada saat proses praktikum data yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan lebih stabil. Hasil dari âÃâ¬ÃÅRekondisi dan Modifikasi Mesin Uji fatiqueâÃâ¬Ã� diharapkan Mesin dapat bekerja dengan baik dan dapat dihasilkan data yang lebih akurat dan stabil. Fatique testing machines are tools to know the strength of the material. In addition, it can also predict the age of the material itself, both in the industrial world and the means of practicum in Materials Laboratory Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Therefore, the present writer takes the final project with the title "Recondition and Modification of Fatique Test Machine at Material Laboratory Politeknik Negeri Bandung." The steps taken in the repair and modification process include the change of the diameter of the material hole and the change of sensor readings with tachometer. The performance test fatique performed by repairing in advance, because the machine in the unstable to read and it makes the data difficult to be taken. Improvements are made in order to process the data produced more accurately and more stable. Results of "Recondition and Modification of Fatique Test Machines" are expected to work properly and can produce more accurate and stable data.
