Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui Level Realitas, Level Representasi, Level Ideologi Simbol Hieroglyph,dalam film Transformers “Revenge of The Fallen”.Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analisis Semiotika John Fiske. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan penarikan kategori yang akan di pilih sebagai objek dan subjek penelitian, peneliti menggunakan The Codes of Television yakni Level Realitas, Level Representasi, Level Ideologi.Informan yang ditunjuk oleh peneliti Bapak Yakob Sumardjo dosen di Institut Teknologi Bandung. Beliau adalah seorang penulis produktif kritikus sastra ternama dan juga pelopor filsafat Indonesia.Film umumnya dibangun oleh banyak tanda-tanda yang bekerja sama dengan baik dalam upaya mencapai efek yang diharapkan. Dalam menganalisis teori tentang The Codes of Television. Level realitas dalam setiap penampilan dari para tokoh mempunyai penampilan berbeda-beda,dari lingkungan juga sama,level representasi proses pengambilan gambar yang adegan meledak pun film ini menggunakan bahan peledak asli, bukan effect, agar mendapatkan hasil suara, dan pencahayaan dari ledakan bom secara maksimal dan natural,level ideology superioritas Amerika Serikat terlihat dengan jelas. This research was conducted to determine Level Reality, Representation Level, Level Ideology hieroglyph symbols, in the movie Transformers "Revenge of the Fallen".This study is a qualitative study using Semiotics Analysis Methods.
