PT. Pos Indonesia mempunyai aset berupa Gedung Olahraga (GOR) Merpati yang telah dipakai sejak tahun 1979, namun saat ini terjadi penurunan fungsi dan fungsinya masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu perlu upaya untuk mengembalikan fungsi sebagaimana semula dan memiliki potensi untuk menambah fungsi GOR Merpati tersebut. Tujuan proyek ini untuk menghasilkan rancangan revitalisasi GOR Merpati berdasarkan aspek ekonomi, fisik, dan sosial yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia, serta menghitung estimasi biaya revitalisasi. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah revitalisasi bangunan yang terdiri dari variabel economic, physical, social serta estimasi biaya. Adapun landasan normatif menggunakan Standar Nasional Indonesia. Proyek ini membutuhkan data, maka diperlukan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil proyek ini menunjukkan (1) aspek ekonomi, target GOR Merpati yaitu kelas sosial menengah ke atas dengan rata-rata penghasilan di atas Rp2.600.000 per bulan dengan sebaran wilayah utamanya berada di Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul. Adapun penambahan fungsi yang terdiri dari penambahan fasilitas dan karyawan; (2) aspek fisik, fasilitas GOR yang harus ada terdiri dari tata cahaya, ruang ganti atlit, ruang P3K, kantor pengelolaan lapangan, gudang penyimpanan, pintu, toilet, pos jaga, alat pemadam kebakaran, tribun, tempat duduk, fasilitas penyandang cacat. Adapun penambahan fungsi yang terdiri dari food court, fitnes, spa dan pijat; (3) aspek sosial, pembangunan fasilitas untuk penyandang disabilitas; (4) Estimasi biaya GOR Merpati tersebut sebesar Rp2.487.414.130,95, jika dilakukan tahun 2018. PT. Pos Indonesia has assets in the form of Merpati Building Sports (GOR) that have been used since 1979, but when this happens the decline in function and its functions are still limited. Therefore it needs to be a concerted effort to restore functions as the original and has the potential to add to the functionality of the GOR. The purpose of this project was to produce a draft of the revitalization of the economic aspects of the GOR, physically, and socially in accordance with National standards of Indonesia, as well as to calculate the estimated cost of revitalization. The cornerstone of the theory used is the revitalization of the building which consists of variable economic, physical, social as well as an estimate of the costs. As for the normative Foundation using the standard National Indonesia. This project requires data, descriptive research methods is required. Engineering data collection performed is observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of this project indicate (1) the economic aspects, target social class i.e. GOR intermediate upwards with an average income above Rp 2.600.000 per month with its main area of distribution is in district Cibeunying Kidul. As for the addition of a function that consists of the addition of facilities and employees; (2) the physical aspect, which must be GOR consists of lighting, dressing athletes, first aid room, Office management field, storage sheds, doors, toilets, guard post, fire extinguishers, the stands, seating, disabled facilities. As for the addition of a function that consists of a food court, fitness, spa and massage; (3) the social aspects, the development of facilities for persons with disability; (4) the estimated cost of the Merpati is Rp GOR 2.487.414.130 .95, if done the year 2018.
