Gedung Mason Pine Hotel Extension adalah proyek perluasan dari Mason Pine Hotel sebelumnya. Gedung ini berlokasi di Jl. Raya Parahyangan KM. 1,8 Kota Baru Parahyangan, Padalarang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Memiliki total luas bangunan 15011,5 m2, terdiri atas 2 tower dengan 1 berjumlah 7 lantai dan tower L berjumlah 2 lantai. Serta sumber air yang digunakan yaitu berasal dari 2 buah sumur dalam atau deep well, dengan sistem distribusi air bersihnya yaitu menggunakan tangki tekan. Pada penelitian ini, revitalisasi sistem plambing pada Gedung Mason Pine Hotel, yang dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan air kotor dan air hujan pada gedung tersebut untuk digunakan sebagai keperluan air bersih non konsumtif pada gedung tersebut. Seperti kebutuhan air pada cooling tower, flushing/penggelontor, menyiram tanaman, serta menerapkan konsep green building pada hotel tersebut. Dari perencanaan pemanfaatan air kotor dan air hujan pada gedung Mason Pine Hotel Extension total debit yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu sebesar 109,728 m3/hari. Air kotor dan air hujan tersebut dimanfaatkan untuk suplai kebutuhan air bersih. Seperti flushing/penggelontor dengan jumlah kebutuhan airnya sebesar 6,93 m3/hari, cooling tower 50 m3/hari, dan penyiraman tanaman 7 m3/hari. Dari perancangan tersebut, konsep Eco Hotel dapat diterapkan dengan rancangan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp 865.256.161,- atau delapan ratus enam puluh lima juta dua ratus lima puluh enam ribu seratus enam puluh satu rupiah. Mason Pine Hotel Extension is the extension project of the prior Mason Pine Hotel. The building is located on Jl. Raya Parahyangan KM. 1.8 Kota Baru Parahyangan, Padalarang, West Bandung Regency. The total area of the hotel is 15011.5 m2, consisting of two towers with seven floors in first tower and two floors in L tower. It has two clean water sources from deep well and row pump from the prior hotel with hydrophore as water distribution system. In this research, revitalization of plumbing system in the Mason Pine Hotel is redesigned with the use of waste water and rainwater for non-consumptive clean water needs such as flushing water, cooling tower, and plant watering. It is necessary to ensure groundwater exploitation is decreased and to implement Eco Hotel concept on the building. From the design of the waste water and rainwater, there are 109,728 m3/day water that utilized through bio-filtration with 72 m3 capacity. The demand of clean water supply as follows; 6.93 m3/day for flushing, 50 m3/day for cooling tower, and 7 m3/day for plant watering. From that design, budget plan for implementing Eco Hotel concept is Rp.865.256.161,- or eight hundred sixty five million two hundred fifty six thousand one hundred and sixty one rupiah.
