Dalam proses pendistribusian energi listrik, PLN masih mengalami hilang energi (Losses). Besarnya susut energi dari PLN berupa presentase global maka untuk dapat menekan angka susut energi lebih efektif yaitu dengan memisahkan susut antara teknis dengan non teknis. Terdapat beberapa modus-modus pelanggaran non teknis yang dilakukan oleh konsumen listrik dalam menikmati energi listrik yang diproduksi oleh PLN diantaranya yaitu pelanggaran yang dinamakan dengan pelanggaran P1, P2, P3 dan P4. Sebagai generasi masa depan sudah sepatutnya kita mengetahui akan perbuatan penyimpangan terhadap pelanggaran yang merugikan ini, untuk itu sebagai media pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam mengetahui adanya suatu pelanggaran terhadap pengggunaan tenaga listrik maka akan dibuatnya simulator susut non teknis pada pelanggaran P1 dan P2. Kata kunci: susut energi listrik non teknis, pelanggaran pada pembatas arus listrik (P1) dan pelanggaran pada pengukur energi listrik (P2).

In the process of distributing electricity, PLN still experiencing missing energy. The amount of energy losses in the form of a percentage of global PLN then to be able to reduce the number of losses the energy more effectively by separating shrinkage between the technical and non technical. There are several modes of non-technical violations committed by electricity consumers in consuming electrical energy produced by PLN of them is called the violation offense P1, P2, P3 and P4. In this final project will be made simulator non-technical energy losses in electric current limiters (P1) and measuring electrical energy (P2). The simulator consists of 1 single phase kWh meter, 3 pieces of MCB, 9 incandescent lamp load, 3 single switch and 3 socket. Working system of this simulator is to show the violations committed by electricity customers, by looking at the energy consumption of the test results used in this simulator.
