Dalam proyek akhir ini telah dirancang dan direalisasikan alat pijat refleksi kaki yang memiliki tampilan HMI. Alat tersebut berawal dari konsep tradisional yang diadopsi kedalam alat kesehatan modern, hal itu dimungkinkan karena perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat dan pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi perubahan peradaban dunia, seperti halnya kebiasaan dalam melakukan kegiatan pijat refleksi. Oleh karena itu dirancang suatu alat pijat refleksi kaki yang bisa terkoneksi ke PC, sehingga pengendaliaannya dapat dilakukan secara manual ataupun melalui PC. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan di atas dibuat suatu alat dengan judul Ãâ Sistem Alat Pijat Refleksi Kaki Berbasis Mikrokontroller ATMEGA16 Dengan Tampilan HMI (SOFTWARE)Ãâ. Alat ini menggunakan tombol push on dan toogle switch sebagai antar muka bagi pengguna, LCD sebagai tampilan, motor DC sebagai penghasil gerak tusukan dan getaran serta heater sebagai penghasil panas. Output alat ini berupa timer, gerak tusukan serta panas yang teratur. Setelah pengguna memilih mode pengoperasian menggunakan toogle switch dilanjutkan dengan memilih lamanya timer, kecepatan tusukan, tingkat panas heater serta memilih pilihan eksekusi menggunakan tombol push on. Pilihan menu yang dipilih oleh pengguna akan dideteksi dan kemudian akan diolah oleh mikrokontroler ATMEGA16, yang selanjutnya akan mengirimkan sinyal pada half bridge dan rangkaian pengatur suhu untuk mengoperasikan motor dan heater. Pengguna dapat melihat menu pilihan yang ditampilkan pada LCD. Setelah melakukan proses pengujian dan analisis alat ini dapat difungsikan langsung dari interface yang terdapat pada alat ataupun langsung dari HMI yang terdapat dalam PC. Dengan keadaan tersebut menandakan alat yang dirancang sudah dapat terkoneksi ke PC ataupun laptop. Kata Kunci : Refleksi kaki, Push on, Mikrokontroler ATMEGA16, Heater, Interface.

In this final project has been designed and realized reflexology foot massage tool that has the look of HMI. Such a device from the traditional concept that was adopted into modern medical equipment, it is possible because the very rapid developments in technology and in turn can effect change in world civilization, as well as in the habit of doing reflexology. Therefore, it designed a reflexology foot massage tool that can be connected to a PC, so control can be done manually or through a PC, making it easier for users to operate. To meet the above requirements is made a tool with the title "Foot Reflexology Massage Tool System based Microcontroller ATmega16 with HMI Display (SOFTWARE)". This tool uses a push on and toogle switch as the interface for the user, as the LCD display, a DC motor as a producer of motion and vibration as well as stab heater as a heat producer. This tool outputs a timer, motion and heat of regular punctures. Once the user selects the operating mode toggle switch continued use by selecting the length of the timer, speed puncture, heat the heater and choose the option to use the push on the execution. Menu options selected by user is detected and then be processed by the microcontroller ATmega16, which in turn will send a signal to the half bridge and dimer to operate the motor and heater. User can view the menu options displayed on the LCD. After making the process of testing and analysis tool can be enabled directly from the interface found on the device or directly from the HMI contained in the PC.
