Soft Computing is new innovation for build intelligent system. Intelligent
system is a system which skill like human at domain certain. It can adapt and
learning in order to work better if there are change in environment. Fuzzy Logic
is method adopt from the value of human to right thing.
In this matter, Fuzzy Logic will be implemented to evaluate of profession
mutation at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten.
The present system in order to make decision was still done manually that is
decision from Human Research Manager and Organization, also General
Manager. Fuzzy logic application for decision support was more needed because
more condition which need a decision like answer yes or no.
