SMU Negeri I Cilaku-Cianjur can be told as an organization or education
institute which its function is to educate nation life, therefore the role is very
importance in educational development. There are many problem happened of the
information system at SMU Negeri I Cilaku-Cianjur, although ifrequently but that
problems can bother organization activity. Problems happened because many of
data in the system managed manually. The development of information system
strived at SMU Negeri I Cilaku-Cianjur is majored to handles student
administration system. With developing of student administration information
system based on computer is expected able to handle problems happened.
Approach method applied based on OOP, because OOP creates remarkable
synergy along the length of software development life cycles (planning, analysis,
design, implementation and testing) so it applicable at systems development
generally concerning software, hardware, and information systems as a whole.
Trought Object Oriented Modelling has not own standard tools, but the existing of
UML gradually becomes a standard methologies of object oriented of information
system/software depelopment. Applied tools of information system depelopment in
SMUN I Cilaku-Cianjur based on object oriented methologies are Use Case
Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Collaboration Diagram,
Business Use Case Realization and UseCase Realization.
With developing of student administration information system in SMUN I
Cilaku-Cianjur is expected able to overcomes problems that is often happened in
processing of administration of student, the problems are about make easy in
seeking and data renewal, minimization losing and data damage, overcomes unconsistency
or duplication of data, yields timely and accurate report and increase
security and safety by limiting access for who have no business.
