The need for information technology is now increasing in many aspects of human work. Information technology to provide ease in operation and is able to streamline the budget. Air Force Health Polytechnic Ciumbuleuit Bandung where the academic system is still using a process that refers to a file or document archives and have not had to have storage in the form of databases, registration activities, and activities of the trust have problems in terms of time required effectiveness and efficiency in transaction. To overcome this problem the authors make designing web-based academic information system by using descriptive method, by making observations, collecting data and describing the activities taking place at the research site. System development method that used writer is a prototype. Tool or tools used in designing the system is flow map, context diagram and DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Pemogramman language used PHP with MySQL database. Design and application development of web-based information system of academic research results are expected to address the problems facing the Air Force Health Polytechnic Ciumbuleuit Bandung. This system is expected to be built and able to assist the registration of a trust in the institution.
