Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis merancang sebuah system akademik terpadu dengan sistem pengembangan prototype dan dalam perancangan menggunakan flow map, diagram konteks, data flow diagram, ERD,Tabel Relasi dan kamus data. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan jaringan dengan konsep client – server dan mengoptimalkan fitur Dreamweaver 8 dan PHP MYSQL Beberapa kelebihan dari sistem akademik SMP Negeri 2 Kota Sukabumi yang dirancang adalah anatar muka-nya yang user-frendly dan kelancaran arus informasi yang mengalir dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dari dan antar komputer sehingga berbagai proses akademik pada SMP Negeri 2 Kota Sukabumi dapat dilayani seperti yang diharapkan.
