Nowadays, there’s many usage of information system that is used on helping data processing. One of purpose that is needed by company is faster information conveyance. There’s lateness on information conveyance that causes company’s unreachable purpose. For reaching that purpose, then Division Property Manager has a plan for rebuilding the company asset information system. Therefore, the author purposes to build company asset client-server based information system which can help on data asset management and process. The research method that is used on data collecting phase is observation, interview, reference study, while the system development method that is used is waterfall model. On analysis phase, the working system procedures are described so that system can be evaluated on its badness and goodness. Data flow method that is used is structured method which is built by Data Flow Diagram (DFD) on describing functional model and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) on describing data model. On engineering phase, there’s process specification that described the running process on DFD description, data dictionary that described the data flow on DFD, and coding engineering
