Ringkasan
Seiring berkembangnya informasi dan komunikasi, serta banyaknya
bermunculan tempat-tempat baru dikawasan Kabupaten Bandung. Maka dalam
pengelolaan serta penyampaian informasi dan komunikasi, terhadap masyarakat
yang membutuhan informasi wilayah dan tempat layanan masyarakat, dibidang
bisnis, kesehatan, pendidikan, wisata, penginapan dan lain sebagainya. Maka
dibutuhkan sarana yang dapat merangkum informasi dari tempat-tempat layanan
tersebut, dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan ditambah dengan
berkembangnya pengguna internet (Interconnected-Networking) serta SMS (Short
Message Service), hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media untuk
menginformasikan tempat-tempat layanan di Kabupaten Bandung.
Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk analisis dan perancangan sistem
adalah metode Object Oriented dengan memakai tool UML, dan metode
pengembangan digunakan metode prototype, perangkat lunak membantu
pengelolaan data sistem informasi geografis layanan masyarakat berbais web dan
sms gateway menggunakan aplikasi PHP sebagai Interface Sistem. Untuk
pengelolaan databasenya menggunakan MySQL.
Pada tugas akhir ini dikembangkan aplikasi berbasis web dan sms gateway
yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi beberapa keterbatasan sistem sebelumnya.
Dalam penggunaanya, hal ini user dengan memasukkan keyword tertentu (jenis
layanan, daerah). Kemudian inputan tersebut akan diolah menjadi informasi sesuai
hasil pencarian.
Ringkasan Alternatif
Along the development of information and communication, as well as
many new places popping up area of Kabupaten Bandung. So in the management
and delivery of information and communication, communities that need at the
area of information and public service where, in the field of business, health,
education, tourism, accommodation and so forth. So it needed to summarize the
information from places such services, with advances in information technology
and coupled with the growth of Internet users ( Interconnected - Networking ) and
SMS (Short Message Service ), this could be exploited as a medium to inform
places in service Kabupaten Bandung.
Method of approach used for the analysis and design is a method of
Object Oriented systems using UML tools, and methods of development used the
prototype method, the software helps the management of geographic information
system data berbais public service web and sms gateway using PHP applications
as the System Interface. To use the MySQL database management.
In this thesis developed a web-based applications and SMS gateway that is
expected to overcome some limitations of previous systems. In use, this particular
user by entering a keyword ( type of service, area ). Then input the appropriate
information will be processed into the search results.
