Koperasi Keluarga Resimen Mahasiswa komponen warga Negara yang mendapat pelatihan militer (unsur mahasiswa) “Perisai Agung Mahawarman” Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu jenis koperasi simpan penjualan resimen mahasiswa. Sistem pengolahan data yang ada dirasa masih belum efektif dan efisien dikarenakan sistem yang ada masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga para petugas mengalami kesulitan dalam mengolah data transaksi yang ada di koperasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem yang sedang berjalan, membuat perancangan sistem, melakukan analisis dan pengujian sistem, serta untuk melakukan implementasi sistem informasi simpan penjualan. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi simpan penjualan ini, penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan terstruktur dan metode pengembangan prototype. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain yaitu dengan observasi dan wawancara. Beberapa alat bantu dan teknik pengerjaan seperti flowmap, diagram konteks, dan data flow diagram. Setelah rancangan sistem selesai dibuat, maka dapat diketahui bahwa pembuatan system berbasis desktop simpan penjualan itu sendiri dapat membantu dan memudahkan dalam pengolahan data dan transaksi koperasi. Sehingga sistem simpan penjualan manual yang ada dapat digantikan dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. .

Cooperative of Students Regiment Family, the component of citizens who receive military training (student element) "Perisai Agung Mahawarman" of Bandung is one of student regiment saving and loan cooperativeÂ’s type. The current data of processing systems is neither effective nor efficient because the current system has done manually, so the officer had difficulty when processing data transaction in the cooperative. This study aims to determine the running system, make the system design, do the analysis and testing system, and to implementation information systems of store sales. Development of this store sales information systems, author uses a structured approach and prototype development methods. Techniques of data collection are done by observation and interviews. Some of the help tools and the processing techniques that being used are flow maps, context diagram, and data flow diagram. After the planning of system has done, development system that desktop base can be known that the system itself can help and ease in data processing and transaction of cooperative. So the current saving and loan manual system can be replaced with computerized system. One of the result of this research is knowing that current system of Perisai Agung Mahawarman Cooperative still done manually, which is only written on paper. A desktop based system which is expected will help cooperative in processing data saving and loan transaction. Based on the result above it is advisable that cooperative to do the activities with help of computerÂ’s technology to be more effective and efficient on solving that activities.
