gathering and procesing modul. The data gathering method is be done by using
survey method (observation), literatures and list of questions model. And the
procesing modul it’s use Object Oriented Process Model (spiral).
To hope the result which exist this Puskesmas System Information can to
arrive match information needed about data patient, medicine and prepare
report as relative, fastly, exactly and accurate for incomparable side these need,
useful that patient or all worker was operationing on handle this problem.
