Bangun Eka Konstruksi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa konstruksi. pada data proyek tahun 2016-2017 terdapat tiga buah proyek mengalamai keterlambatan dari total lima buah proyek sekitar 60% proyek mengalami keterlambatan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah cuaca buruk, jumlah tenaga kerja yang terbatas dan lambatnya pengiriman bahan, seringkali menyebabkan proyek yang dikerjaan tidak sesuai rencana. Pengendalian yang dilakukan hanya melihat pada biaya dan waktu yang direncanakan serta realisasi saja dan percepatan yang dilakukan biasanya dikerjaan pada saat proyek mendekati tanggal selesai pengerajaan. menyebabkan site manager tidak bisa memperkirakan hasil akhir biaya dan waktu proyek ketika terjadi masalah penundaan pekerjaan saat proyek sedang berjalan, dapat menyebabkan biaya dari proyek menjadi lebih besar karena ada beberapa pekerjaan yang munumpuk di akhir penyelesaian proyek. Penentuan proyek yang harus dipercepat berdasarkan prediksi biaya dan waktu menggunakan metode Earned Value Management (EVM). Metode percepatan yang digunakan adalah Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO), dan metode jalur kritis adalah Metode Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). Dari hasil penelitian dan pengujian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sistem dapat membuat penjadwalan, memperkirakan hasil akhir biaya dan waktu proyek dan dapat melakukan percepatan proyek apabila terjadi penudaan pekerjaan serta menghitung biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk setiap pekerjaan yang dipercepat.

From the results of research and testing can be concluded that the system can make scheduling, estimating the final results of cost and time of the project and can accelerate the project in case of youth work and calculate the cost incurred for any accelerated work.
