Peternakan Ayam Petelur Ismaya PS adalah peternakan ayam yang menghasilkan produk berupa telur. Proses perawatan yang ada dari peternakan ini memiliki banyak tahap mulai dari pemberian pakan secara rutin ,vaksinasi yang terjadwal, pengambilan telur, pemberian obat pada ayam yang sakit, dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu informasi yang penting di dalam peternakan ini adalah informasi harga pokok produksi telur, karena dengan itu pemilik peternakan dapat mengetahui ongkos produksi dan dapat menentukan harga telur yang akan dijual dilihat dari ongkos produksi tersebut, sehingga menjadi jelas keuntungan yang didapatkan. Sistem perhitungan harga pokok produksi telur yang ada pada peternakan ayam petelur Ismaya PS ini dirasa kurang dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik karena hanya dilakukan setiap minggu guna untuk membuat laporan laba rugi, sedangkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan harga telur yang sesuai dengan ongkos produksi. Selain itu, pengolahan data di peternakan ayam petelur Ismaya PS belum saling terintegrasi dan masih memanfaatkan aplikasi lembar kerja sehingga kurang efektif dan efisiennya proses perhitungan harga pokok produksi telur dan pengelolaan laporan. Subyek penelitian adalah sistem informasi manajemen harga pokok produksi telur berbasis web. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke instansi terkait, guna untuk menganalisis data yang dibutuhkan dan menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan. Analisis dilakukan untuk menentukan spesifikasi sistem informasi yang ingin dibangun agar sesuai kebutuhan. Implementasi sistem memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database-nya. Sistem yang dihasilkan diuji dengan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen harga pokok produksi telur berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam mengelola seluruh transaksi serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemilik peternakan untuk menentukan harga telur sesuai dengan harga pokok produksinya.

The method of collecting the data is directly observing to the official agency, to analyse the data needed and get the conclusion. The analysis is done to determine the specific Information System that wanted to be developed based on the needs. The system implementation use the language program PHP and MySQL as the database also Google Maps API as the supporting service. The system generated is tested by Black Box Testing Method.The result of the research is the application of management information system on prices basic the production of eggs based on web that can be used to enhance the efficiency in manage the entire transaction and can provide recommendations for owners of farms to determine the price of eggs in accordance with prices basic the production.
