CV. Intan Barokah merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa kontruksi. Berdiri sejak tahun 2013, disetiap tahunya CV. Intan Barokah biasa menangani 5 sampai 7 proyek, mulai dari pembangunan jalan, jembatan dan lainya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan penanggung jawab teknis kadang CV. Intan Barokah menangani 2 sampai 3 proyek dalam waktu bersamaan hal tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah. Masalah pertama yaitu kesulitan dalam pengawasan proyek karena pelaksana teknis harus bolak balik ke tempat proyek yang berjauhan sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan. Selanjutnya masalah penjadwalan yang dibuat hanya menggunakan perkiraan kasar oleh pelaksana teknis yang menyebabkan melesetnya waktu penyelesaian proyek saat pengerjaan. Belum adanya manajemen resiko, sehingga resiko yang muncul dapat menghambat kinerja proyek. Kemudian belum adanya sistem pengawasan biaya dan waktu yang kadang pada saat pengerjaan proyek berlangsung biaya dan waktu aktual melebihi dari perencanaan yang menyebabkan berkurangnya keuntungan perusahaan. Beberapa metode yang dapat diterapkan pada proses manajemen proyek yaitu CPM, PIM dan EVM. CPM adalah teknik analisis jaringan kerja proyek yang digunakan untuk memprediksi durasi total proyek. PIM adalah salah satu metode untuk manajemen resiko yang menggunakan 2 parameter yaitu probabilitas kemunculan resiko dan dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh resiko. EVM adalah suatu metode yang mengintegrasikan hubungan antara biaya dan waktu serta memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi kelangsungan proyek. Untuk mengatasi beberapa masalah yang terjadi di CV. Intan Barokah maka akan diterapkan metode CPM untuk mengatasi masalah penjadwalan. Metode PIM akan digunakan untuk manajemen resiko, sehingga resiko yang teridentifikasi dapat segera dilakukan mitigasi. Metode EVM akan digunakan untuk mengawasi biaya dan waktu proyek, agar biaya dan waktu proyek saat pengerjaan dapat sejalan dengan perencanaan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen proyek yang dibangun pada CV. Intan Barokah dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang terjadi dalam proses menajemen proyek di CV. Intan Barokah.

PIM is one of the methods for risk management that uses two parameters: probability of occurrence of the risk and impact of the risk. EVM is a method that integrates the relationship between cost and time as well as provide an overview of the condition of the continuity of the project. To overcome some of the problems that occur in the CV. Intan Barokah the CPM method will be applied to address scheduling problems. PIM method shall be used for risk management, so that identified risk mitigation can be done immediately. EVM method will be used to monitor the cost and time of the project, so that the costs and time when the project can progress in line with planning.
