The Monitory Information System of Maintenance Four Wheel Vehicle in Kopegtel Divre III West Java and Banten still not optimal, because the system is using still manually. It cause many problem like, processing data took along time, data store still in form or paper document, so need a large room for the storage, and also the information that given is not accurate. From that problem, we should do analyze for the fungtional analyze and also analyze for the non fungtional analyze. For the fungtional analize are analize to the system is using and analyze to the database, and then for the non fungtional analyze are analyze to hardware, software, computer network and user. Based on the analyzing, so designing a software could be handle the data processing of the maintenance four wheel vehicle base client server. This application use structured method with ERD, DFD as tools, and use Borland Delphi (7.0) for the interface design and MySQL for the database. Based on observation can be that software is made successfully and can be ease the data processing of maintenance four wheel vehicle and also given quite accurate information.
