The information training system of employees is important thing for a company,
because from it, the company can be knew the employees cacdidate who have potency or
not. The problem appear of the company is about data process from training of
employees, evolution, making of training of employees report which is have done
manually.
The system development which is used with prototyping methode, the properties
which is used to create the system is flow map, context diagram, DFD (Data Flow
Document) and the collecting data technic with abservation methods with review,
interview, and book study, eventhough the properties application development database
use Ms Access and Visual Basict 6.0 programme.
The purposed of this obserfation is to create a information training system of
lemployees which can be supported all activities data process of employees training at
PT. EWINDO. The results of this obserfation is to give an alternative system of
information training system. The expected of this applicationcan help and make easier
the coordinator of employees training or PT. EWINDO to process of employees training
data.
