Pusdai Tour and Travel adalah sebuah biro perjalanan yang memberikan pelayanan bimbingan ibadah umroh, dimulai dari pendaftaran hingga terlaksananya pelaksanaan ibadah umroh.Pada saat ini, Pusdai Tour and Travel hanya menyediakan layanan bimbingan ibadah sumroh mengingat Pusdai Tour and Travel merupakan sebuah biro perjalanan yang baru saja berdiri pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi dalam sistem, merancang sistem, kemudian membuat sistem sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi. Dengan kegunaan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi jamaah pendaftar dalam mendapatkan informasi pendaftaran dan proses pendaftaran ibadah umroh.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan sistem terstruktur, dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Prototye, yang mana tahapan ini diawali dengan pengumpulan kebutuhan pengguna sistem, perancangan perangkat lunak, dan evaluasi metode pengembangan sistem Prototype oleh pengguna sistem.Perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan yaitu Adobe Dreamweaver, XAMPP (Web Server), Web Browser Google Chrome dan Mozilla Firefox, dengan bahasa pemrograman HTML, Javascript, PHP, CSS, dan database MySQL.Sistem informasi pelayanan jamaah umroh berbasis web adalah hasil dari penelitan. Dengan sistem informasi tersebut, jamaah pendaftar akan mendapatkan informasi terbaru mengenai pendaftaran umroh, pendaftaran secara online, serta memberikan kemudahan kepada pihak Pusdai Tour and Travel dalam mengelola data jamaah guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap jamaah umroh.

Pusdai Tour and Travel is a travel agency that provide a guidance of pilgrimage, starting from registration until the implementation of performing a pilgrimage. Currently the Pusdai Tour and Travel only providing the service of pilgrimage, considering the existence of pusdai tour and travel that had just established in 2012. Purpose of this research is to analyze the problem that may occurs the system, designing a system, then build the system as a solution for the problem. With the usability to provide the ease-accsess for pilgrims regirstrant to get the information and the process of pilgrimage registrarion.The reseacrh methods used the structured system approach, and used the prototype system develoment methods, which is begins with the gathering requirement of system user, software design, and evaluation of the prototype system developments methods. Supporting Software that is used are Adobe Dreamweaver, XAMPP (Web Server), web browser Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, with a HTML, Javascipt, PHP, CSS programming languange and MySQL databases.Web-based Information system service for umrah congregation is the result of this research. With this information system, the umrah congregation will get the updated information of umrah registration, online registration, and provide convenience to the Pusdai Tour and Travel in managing data of umrah congregation for increase the service quality to the umrah congregation
