Saidah Guest House Bandung adalah salah satu usaha penginapan yang ada di Bandung. Saat ini tingkat hunian masih belum maksimal, dikarenakan belum tersedianya media promosi yang tepat dan informative sehingga banyak tamu yang kesulitan menemukan informasi dan lokasi guest house. Oleh sebab itu di perlukan suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mempromosikan Saidah Guest House sampai ke luar daerah serta bisa di akses oleh masyarakat luas dan dapat membantu dalam pengolahan dan pemeliharaan data yang dimiliki guest house, sehingga dapat menghemat waktu dan meningkatkan keakuratan informasi hasil pengolahan data guest house. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada Saidah Guest house Bandung. Penulis membangun suatu sistem informasi pelayanan kamar berbasis online di Saidah Guest house Bandung dengan mengunakan metode prototype . Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara dan Observasi. Wawancara merupakan teknik pengumpulan data untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan dengan cara tanya jawab langsung dengan responden atau kepada pihak Guest house dan Observasi langsung turun kelapangan untuk melihat situasi dan keadaan yang ada. Pembuatan sistem ini juga memanfaatkan beberapa alat bantu perancangan sistem seperti UML (Unified Model Language). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah PHP (Hypertext preprocessor) dan basis data MySQL. Sistem informasi yang dibangun oleh penulis diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data yang ada, dimulai pada saat reservasi, check in, sampai proses tamu check out, sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam proses pencarian data, penghitungan biaya keseluruhan dan juga mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan laporan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan guest house dan juga meningkatkan mutu pelayanan guest house.
