PT. Makdis Tour merupakan biro perjalanan Umroh dan Haji Plus, dimana para jamaah umroh dibimbing sejak dari pendaftaran hingga terlaksananya pelaksanaan ibadah umroh. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menganalisis permasalahan sistem, merancang sistem, dan membuat sistem sebagai solusi dari permasalahan, yaitu sistem informasi pelayanan umroh berbasis web. Dengan kegunaan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi jamaah pendaftar dalam memperoleh informasi pendaftaran dan proses pendaftaran, serta pengolahan data oleh pihak PT. Makdis Tour.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan sistem terstruktur, dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Prototype, dengan tahapan dimulai dari pengumpulan kebutuhan pengguna sistem, perancangan perangkat lunak, evaluasi Prototype oleh pengguna sistem. Perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan yaitu Macromedia Dreamweaver, XAMPP (Web Server), dan Web Browser Google Chrome, dengan bahasa pemrograman web yaitu PHP, CSS, Javascript, dan database MySQL.Sistem informasi pelayanan umroh berbasis web adalah hasil dari penelitian. Dengan sistem informasi tersebut, jamaah pendaftar dapat mengakses informasi terbaru mengenai pendaftaran umroh, pendaftaran secara online, dan memberikan kemudahan kepada pihak PT. Makdis Tour dalam pengelolaan data jamaah guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap jamaah umroh.

PT. Makdis Tour is a travel agency that provides services for Umrah, Umrah pilgrims which led to the implementation since the implementation of the registration pilgrimage. This study aims to analyze system problems, designing systems, and make the system as the solution of the problem, namely Information System of Umrah Service with web-based. The system usability to provide convenience for the pilgrims applicants in obtaining registration information and registration process, as well as data processing by the PT. Makdis Tour.The research method used is a structured system approach, using Prototype system development, with stages starting from user requirements gathering systems, software design, prototype evaluation by system users. Support software used are Adobe Dreamweaver, XAMPP (Web Server), and Web Browser Google Chorme, with web programming languages are PHP, CSS, Javascript, J-query and database MySQL.Information System of Umrah Service with web-based is the result of research. The information system makes the pilgrim applicants can access the latest information about Umrah registration, online registration, and provide convenience to the PT. Makdis Tour in data management in order to improve the quality of service of pilgrims to Umrah pilgrims.
