Sarana Mulia Hakiki merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultan dan kontraktor. Proses pengadaan barang dari pihak supplier merupakan salah satu kegiatan utama. Namun, terdapat masalah pada proses pengadaan barang yang berlangsung saat ini, pendokumentasian belum tersusun dan tersimpan dengan baik yaitu masih terdiri dari beberapa data dalam bentuk excel, word, serta tulisan manual. Sehingga cukup menyulitkan bagian logistik dalam menyusun dan melakukan pencarian data. Selain itu, proses pengadaan barang juga memerlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan supplier terbaik pemenang dalam proyek pengadaan barang. Selama ini, proses pemilihan supplier hanya dilihat berdasarkan aspek harga. Sementara, Sarana Mulia Hakiki juga tidak ingin ada keluhan dari pemilik proyek karena kualitas yang tidak sesuai. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka dibangun sistem informasi pelelangan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan di kantor sarana mulia hakiki. Sistem ini dibangun untuk memperbaiki pendokumentasian pada proses pengadaan barang. Sementara sebagai solusi dalam penentuan supplier terbaik, sistem infomasi ini menggunakan metode AHP (analythical Hierarchy Process) sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode ini menghitung bobot kriteria setiap supplier sehingga dihasilkan nilai performansi tiap supplier. Sistem ini telah melewati tahap pengujian di kantor sarana mulia hakiki. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem ini dapat membantu memperbaiki sistem pendokumentasian pengadaan barang serta telah dapat memberikan rekomendasi dalam penentuan supplier terbaik berdasarkan perangkingan nilai performansi tiap supplier.
