Perusahaan Cempaka saat ini telah menjadi salah satu pemasok produk siomay kepasaran yang berada di wilayah bandung dan sekitarnya, dengan konsumen yang cukup banyak dibandingkan dengan perusahaan penyedia siomay lainnya.Pengembangan sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah prototype,Perancangan proses, databases, dan pemrograman dengan menggunakan software oracle form builder 6i dan menggunakan database Oracle Database 10g sebagai media tempat penyimpanan data, Metode pendekatan sistem yang dipakai adalah Object Oriented Development, dengan menggunakan alat bantu pemodelan yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity diagram, Collaboration diagram, Class diagram,Sequence diagram, dan deployment diagram. Dan dibantu dengan pengujian perangkat lunak menggunakan metode black box testing.Adapun sistem informasi yang diusulkan telah mampu menjawab semua permasalahan. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, dengan hasil pengujian terhadap sistem yang diusulkan adalah baik yaitu dapat meminimalisir kerusakan dan kehilangan data, penyajian laporan lebih tepat waktu dan dapat terhindar dari kesalahan penulisan, penyampaian informasi terhadap para pegawai pun menjadi lebih cepat.

Development of an information system used is , design processes,databases, and software programming using Oracle form builder 6i and using Oracle database 10g as a data storage medium, system approach method used is Object Oriented Development, by using the modeling tools Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Class diagrams, Sequence diagrams, and deployment diagrams. And assisted with testing software using black box testing methods.This research resulted in online sales system in the form of a website that has some menus based on the needs of the business strategy. This website also has a complete enough information so that customers can easily get the information they need. With the application design system sales, is expected to meet the needs of information and services to customers who are limited, so it can provide benefits for customers and the company.
