Dalam perusahaan, terutama industri, baik komputer, skala besar, menengah dan kecil menjadi peran yang sangat dominan di samping adanya sumber-lain resources.PT. Dirgantara Indonesia memiliki Direktorat aircraft interegration yang adalah salah satu direktorat lain di lingkup perusahaan. Pada direktorat ini suku cadang dan perangkat sejenis lainnya seperti jaringan berjumlah ratusan. Tapi data pemeliharaan tersebut tidak didukung oleh adanya aplikasi pemeliharaan baik dari segi pengolahan data dan out put informasi karena selama Direktorat ini belum memiliki aplikasi khusus untuk memproses data dan pemeliharaan perbaikan dapat memberikan informasi secara cepat dan akurat jika diperlukan sewaktu - waktu. Pengajuan permohonan untuk perbaikan suku cadang masih perlu mengisi satu bentuk yang tidak memiliki salinan dari pemohon pengguna, sehingga tidak ada bukti otentik dari pemohon ketika pengguna ingin mengambil suku cadang yang telah diperbaiki, atau ketika pengguna ingin mengeluh ketika sesuatu selain happens.In, tidak adanya ofaclearand pernyataan spesifik tentang data dan informasi, baik statistik dan deskripsi, data tersebut merupakan data terbaru dan informasi lain yang mendukung keputusan tersebut. Data sare file juga sangat banyak sehingga sulit saat data dibutuhkan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan terstruktur dan pengembang metode menggunakan model Prototype. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi dan wawancara. Penulis menggunakan alat dan teknik bekerja, seperti flowmap, diagram konteks, dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Proses pembuatan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, PHP, database MySQL dan apache web server. Perangkat lunak ini dibangun untuk dapat memaksimalkan aktivitas pengajuan PT.DirgantaraIndonesia pasangan sparere. dan memfasilitasi pengguna dalam proses meningkatkan pemantauan pengajuan pengajuan fasilitas produksi yang akan ajukan.
