Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web dapat membantu konsumen dalam mengakses informasi mengenai produk yang dijual dalam melakukan pemesanan Merchandise, proses pembelian bahan baku ke supplier, proses retur barang. Tahap akhir adalah mengadakan pengujian terhadap aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode Blackbox.
