With global changing and science and technology growth, there is need to held system base computerization. This matter must supported by hardware, software and brainware. Therefore, author handle and analyzed borrow data management problem recently done as document file so that often have data duplicate. In this final report compilation, author used linier sequential method, tools used in system planning analysis consist of flow map, data dictionary, ERD, DFD, context diagram, normalization and relation table. To handle database from developing system that used software Microsoft Access, while program language used Visual Basic 6.0. The book borrowed and reversed information system in Kemala Bhayangkari junior high school library have made to activity fluency at library in order to make borrowing and reversing process faster then designing database system, also make application program to support library working system.
