Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau yang dikenal dengan istilah Information and Communication Technology (ICT), telah merambah berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satu teknologi penyebaran informasi yang dibahas disini adalah SMS (Short Message Service). Pelayanan produk SMS dapat dikelompakan 3 macam yaitu SMS Premium, SMS Broadcast dan SMS Gateway. SMS Gateway adalah sebuah teknologi yang memungkinkan kita melakukan pengiriman dan penerimaan teks short message service melalui teknologi GSM di computer. Sektor kesehatan merupakan salah satu sektor pembangunan yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan kehadiran teknologi informasi melalui SMS Gateway. Salah satunya yaitu pada Puskesmas Cibiru. Belum efektifnya proses pendaftaran karena masih dilakukan pencatatan pada buku dan datang langsung sehingga menyebabkan antrian. Begitupun untuk info jadwal dokter, pasien masih harus datang langsung ke puskesmas. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan dalam skripsi ini yaitu menghasilkan perangkat lunak aplikasi pendaftaran pada Puskesmas Cibiru berbasis SMS Gateway. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah terstruktur, serta menggunakan metode pengembangan prototype. Setelah analisis selesai dilakukan maka tahap selanjutnya adalah dengan perancangan sistem informasi yang berupa perancangan antarmuka (input dan output) dari system informasi yang akan dibuat. Alat Bantu yang digunakan dalam menganalisis system yang berjalan yaitu Flowmap, Diagram Kontek dan Data Flow Diagram. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara Observasi dan Wawancara terhadap objek penelitian. Untuk merancang system informasi pendaftaran berbasis SMS Gateway ini, penulis menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti Gammu, PHP serta Database MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil skripsi yang telah dibuat, maka perangkat lunak yang dibuat dalam system informasi pendaftaran pada Puskesmas Cibiru dapat membantu pasien dalam mendapatkan informasi jadwal dokter serta pengambilan nomor antri serta dapat membantu bagian pendaftaran pada Puskesmas Cibiru sehingga proses pendaftaran bias lebih efektif dan efisien

The rapid development of information and communication technology or known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT), has penetrated many areas of life. One of the dissemination of information technology discussed here is the SMS (Short Message Service). SMS Product Services can categorised by 3 kinds Premium SMS, SMS Gateway and SMS Broadcast. SMS Gateway is a technology that allows us to send and receive short message service text via GSM technology in the computer. The health sector is one sector that can be integrated with the development of information technology presence through the SMS Gateway. One of them is Puskesmas Cibiru. The ineffectiveness of the registration process because they were recorded on the books and come directly causing queues. Likewise for the info schedule doctors, patients still have to come directly to the clinic. The purpose of the research conducted by the author in this thesis is to produce software applications for enrollment in the health center-based Cibiru SMS Gateway. The method used is a structured approach, as well as prototype development method. Once the analysis is completed the next step is the design of information systems in the form of designing interfaces (input and output) of the system information that will be made. Tools used in analyzing the system running are Flowmap, Context Diagram and Data Flow Diagram. Data collection was done by observation and interviews of the research object. To design a system based on SMS Gateway registration information, the author uses software like Gammu, PHP and MySQL database. Based on a thesis that has been made, then the software is created in the Puskesmas Cibiru registration information system can help patients in getting doctors and schedule information retrieval number in line and can help Puskemas Cibiru registration section so that it can be more effective and efficient
