Information system become one of usefull factors for a system on the whole. One of approaches in information system development is the use of information technology with digital basis by website technology as one of the products. Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Barat is a technical institute implementing part of goverment and development affairs in the field of labor force and transmigration. In accordance with the matter, an operational policy in the field of labor force and transmigration has been formulated by DISNAKERTRANS JABAR in the form of skill, competence test and labor force sertification. Now adays, all shorts of problems have appeared on registration implementation process of skill, competence test and labor force certification, among them information technology wich hasn’t fully used yet on running registration system, such as less information spreading, registration process wich is still manual and some other problems wich can hamper the implementation of registration process of skill, competence test and labor force certification. The application of information system with website technology basis on instance is expected to give contribution to the apperance of new solution wich gives ease to registration implementation of skill, competence test and labor force certification in this DISNAKERTRANS of West Java Province. In connection with that matter, in research methodology, the writer uses approach method of structuring analysis with waterfall model for system development process.
