Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini terbilang sangat pesat dan banyak berdampak positif bagi perusahaan untuk membantu proses – proses bisnis yang berjalan di perusahaan tersebut. PT Rukun adalah perusahaan penjual gas lpg 3kg yang berperan penting dalam pendistribusian gas di kota Bandung. Namun perusahaan ini mempunyai permasalahan dalam pengolahan data dikarenakan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Maka dari itu penulis mempunyai tujuan membangun sistem informasi pendistribusian gas lpg 3kg agar dapat menjawab permasalah yang ada di PT Rukun. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Pendistribusian Gas LPG 3KG Di PT Rukun ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) adalah metode analisis yang memeriksa requirements dari sudut pandang kelas-kelas dan objek yang ditemui dalam ruang lingkup permasalahan yang mengarahkan arsitektur software yang didasarkan pada manipulasi objek-objek sistem atau subsistem yang divisualisasikan dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Menggunakan metode pengembangan Prototype, dimana dengan metode prototyping ini pengembang dan pelanggan dapat saling berinteraksi selama proses pembuatan sistem. Dengan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pendistribusian gas lpg 3kg di PT Rukun dapat memudahkan proses bisnis penjawalan, validasi pembayaran, dan pendistribusian dilakukan secara komputerisasi sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan dan juga mempercepat pengerjaan

The development of information technology is currently very rapid and has a lot of positive impact for the company to help the business processes running in the company. PT Rukun is sales Liquefied petroleum gas company that plays an important role in the distribution of gas in the city of Bandung, but this company still has problems in data processing due to not utilize information technology. Therefore, the authors have the objective of building information systems of gas distribution lpg 3kg in order to answer the existing problems in PT Rukun. Production System Information distribustion Liquefied petroleum gas use Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach is an analytical method that examines of requirements from the point of view of classes and the objects that meet in the scope of problems that guide the software architecture that based on the manipulation of objects system or subsystem that is visualized with Unified Modeling Language (UML).Use Prototype development method, where with prototyping development method, develover and customers can interact during the process of making the system. From the above problem can be concluded that by building a information system of distribution of gas lpg 3kg in PT Rukun can facilitate business process Scheduling, payment validation, and distribution is done computerized so as to minimize calculation errors and also speed up the workmanship
