SMP Negeri 1 Banjar is an educational institution that belongs to the government. As a favorite scool in Banjar, software is needed to manage every school activity, one of the software currently used is Sistem Informasi Akademik SMP Negeri 1 Banjar (Academic Informationan System of SMP Negeri 1 Banjar). The system has not been integrated one another, thus results in ineffective and inefficient academic data management. Structural approach was used in the study by using tools; flowmap, contextual diagram and DFD (Data Flow Diagrams). The development of the system of researchers using the prototype method and php (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language was used to expand the system. The existence of the information system Academic supporter of SMP Negeri 1 Banjar is expected to solve the problems in the student academic, data processing wich include; division of regeration, scheduling of clasess, lessons and making of report book.so the information system academic supporter of (Academic Information System of SMP Negeri 1 Banjar) the writer expectes that management of academic data will be effective and efficient to achieve a goal.
