Research method which is used in writing is descriptive sighting method. As for data collecting technique is observation, interview, and book study while system development phase use system of waterfall. At analysis phase conducted by depiction of system procedure which is walking so that the system can evaluate by insuffiency and his excess for the making of new system. Stream data method the used is structure method which consist of Data of Flow Diagram ( DFD) in depicting functional model
