PT Pegadaian merupakan salah satu perusahaan besar yang berada di kota bandung. Kegiatan atau proses rekrutmen karyawan menjadi sangat penting untuk mencari orang-orang yang inovatif dan mempunyai kinerja yang bagus. Di dalamnya terbagi lagi menjadi beberapa kegiatan lainnya yang saling berkaitan. Salah satu yaitu proses penyeleksian berkas. Sistem pengolahan data berkas pelamar sekarang untuk mengecek kelengkapan data lamaran masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga timbul beberapa permasalahan yaitu penyeleksian IPK, Ijazah dan CV memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama, oleh kerena itu solusi membantu masalah tersebut yaitu dengan merancang sebuah sistem informasi penerimaan online.Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ialah untuk merancang “Sistem Informasi Penerimaan karyawan berbasis website di PT Pegadaian Pungkur Bandung” menggunakan metode pengembangan prototype dan metode pendekatan terstruktur dengan alat bantu pemodelan yaitu flow map, diagram konteks, data flow diagram, relasi tabel, dan entity relationship diagram. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL.Dengan adanya sistem informasi penerimaan karyawan ini untuk memudahkan panitia dalam memeriksa kelengkapan berkas lamaran dan melihat pelamar dari IPK tertinggi, Ijazah dan CV. Memberi kemudahan kepada para pelamar mengakses informasi informasi lowongan dan pengumuman hasil seleksi secara online.

The software used in the design of information systems is Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, PHP programming language and MySQL database.With the information system is to facilitate the recruitment committee to examine the completeness of the application file and look at applicants from the highest GPA, diploma and CV.
