The dynamic of an enterprise or agency is highly related to quality achievement from its employees. The quality achievement can be established and increased, if their needs can be fullfilled. Beside economic living needs, in this case an enterprise or agency should reward their employees on leave. In this work the author chooses a theme “Information System For Employee On Leave Application at Perum Perumnas Regional IV Bandung Company”. To find out or discover explanation through this work and to research the subject more orderly, the authortries to identify a couples problems in following number : (1) How to proceed an on leave application in Perum Perumnas regional IV Bandung Company, (2) How to process information searching of the number from employes, who ever have taken on leave right. The applicated method, which is used by the author in this research is collecting data method. It is a developing system, in this system the author uses Waterfall model system development and approaching system method. And in approaching system model the analysic approaching and structured programming will be applicated by the author as processing medium, mean while for implementing system the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 is applicated. On the strength of the identified problems the author concludes that through computerised system the procedure of on leave application in Perum Perumnas Regional IV Bandung Company will be more effective and efficient and searching information processing of the employees number which ever have taken on leave right will be faster.
