Decision Support System (DSS) is system base on computer capable to solve the unstructure decision situations. This SPK use method of Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a method which is to solve the unstructure complex situation that into parts of his component.
To take a decisison for asked pension in a company must be accurate and also in PT PLN (Persero) P3B Java, region Bali, West Java. To know the decision is accurate or not, we must score it with some criteria we made. With that score, a company can takes a decision as an evaluation for takes a good employer or not to get pension.
