The system information of employee leave is built to help the Politeknik Kesehatan Gigi Tasikmalaya for tabulating application leave, cancellation leave and calculation leave money. So, that facilitate in management of employees leave and making report. This study is using waterfall methods. Observation and interview technique is used to obtain the primary data. And also library research technique is used to obtain the secondary data. Softwares that used in making on this application are Borland Delphi 7.0 and MYSQL Front as data base. The result of alpha testing from this system information of employee leave is the system that is built functionally able to deliver the output as expected. And for this betha testing result from the system information of employee leave is the layout of the programs about system information of employee leave are appropriated with its function, the report printing processed and the report that is delivered has been complied the request. Examination of betha hence target which wish reaching from making application management of employee leave have earned fufilled and earn accepting by is Politeknik Kesehatan Gigi Tasikmlaya.
